Provide as much detail as possible (who, what, when, where).

Step 2: Case Review

Reports are reviewed by the Ethics Committee.
Investigations are confidential and impartial.

Step 3: Action & Follow-Up

Corrective measures are taken if wrongdoing is found.
Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.
