Discrimination – Ensure a Fair and Equitable Workplace
What Is Workplace Discrimination?
Workplace discrimination occurs when an individual is treated unfairly or harassed based on personal characteristics protected by law. It creates a toxic environment, undermines morale, and exposes the company to significant legal risk. Everyone deserves the right to work in a respectful and inclusive environment.
